2025 Ambassador Program

BELLA G CREATIVE PHOTOGRAPHY IS SEEKING 25 SENIORS (HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE) TO JOIN OUR REP TEAM AS AMBASSADORS

This summer we will continue and grow our marketing campaign by creating an Ambassador Team of rising High School & Collegiate Seniors and Juniors, who are enthusiastic, business-minded, social media savvy, aspiring models, or generally interested in photography. This program works really well for those who are heavily involved in school activities, have a large social media base, and love taking pictures. Also, this is an excellent opportunity to receive your dream senior photography experience.

Program Overview:

The BellaG Creative Senior Photography Ambassador Program provides an exciting opportunity for high school seniors to become Senior Models and represent our photography brand as Creative Brand Reps. As Creative Brand Reps, students will have the chance to showcase their unique style, personality, passion, and their future goals. They will serve as brand ambassadors, promoting our senior photography services and striving to generate bookings. Please review the following program details and application guidelines.

How Does it Work

Eligibility:

1. Open to high school and College seniors graduating in the current academic year. (2024-2025)
2. Must have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to promote BellaG Creative Photography's "Get live with C/O 25" Campaign.
3. Availability to participate in photo shoots, promotional activities, and events.

Application Process:

1. Application Form: Complete the online application form, providing accurate personal information, contact details, and a brief statement expressing your interest in becoming a Senior Model.
2. Parental Consent: Obtain parental/guardian consent to participate in the program if you are under 18 years old.
3. Photo Submission: Submit a recent photograph showcasing your personality and style. This can be a casual snapshot or a professionally taken photo.
4. Interview: Selected applicants will be invited for a personal or virtual interview to further assess their suitability for the program.

Program Commitment:

1. Photography Sessions: Senior Models will participate in a minimum of Three promotional photo sessions throughout the program duration.
2. Promotional Activities: Models will actively promote our senior photography services within their school and community.
3. Referral Goal: Each Senior Model is encouraged to generate a minimum of 12 bookings from their peers or community members. (Please see Scholarship Information)
4. Social Media Engagement: Models will be expected to share their senior photos on their social media platforms, tagging our photography brand and using designated hashtags.
5. Availability: Models must be available for occasional promotional events or appearances, such as open house events, fairs, or community showcases.

1. Professional Senior Photo Shoots: Senior Models will receive 2 complimentary senior photo sessions (Fall and Spring) with a professional photographer
2. High-Quality Digital Images: Models will receive a selection of edited digital images from their photo sessions to use for personal purposes.
3. Personalized Model Portfolio: Models will receive a customized model portfolio showcasing their senior photos.
4. Networking Opportunities: Models will have the chance to connect with other Senior Models and professionals in the industry.
5. Recognition and Exposure: Models will be featured on our website, social media platforms, and promotional materials, receiving recognition as brand ambassadors.

Rewards and Incentives:

1. All ambassadors will receive mini brag books of all select photos taken
2. Models who achieve or exceed 3 bookings by April 2025 will receive 25 full-color graduation invitations and 1 Senior Yard sign
3. Models who achieve or exceed 5 bookings by April 2025 will receive a 30 minute Prom mini-photo session, 40 full-color invitations, 1 senior yard sign
4. Models who achieve or exceed 10 bookings by April 2024 will receive a 45-minute Prom mini-photo session, 40 full-color invitations, a digital invitation to share, 2 senior yard signs, a Tri-fold portfolio with photos of your choice, a 15-minute family session on Family Day
5. Models who achieve or exceed the goal of generating 12 bookings will receive everything from (d) and will be eligible to receive a $500. scholarship from BellaG Creative Photography

Application Fee:

To support the program and cover administrative costs, there is a non-refundable application and administrative fee of $175. Payment instructions will be provided upon completion of the application form.

Application Deadline: ($25 Due with application)

The deadline for applications is July 15, 2024 Late applications will not be accepted.

The first team shoots will be Saturday and Sunday June 22 and 23 with teams 1 and 2

Team Shoots: In addition to individual photo sessions, our team will meet up in various locations from Atlanta to Warm Springs for Themed team sessions.

   - A "Get live with C/O 25" themed shoot ($350 value)- Summer Shoot

   - Autumn Session with teams 2 and 3

   - Christmas Group Session with all teams

   - New Years Theme session with teams 4 and 5

   - A Graduation mini shoot ($200 value)

   - Professional Headshots ($200 value)
